Diet:
To keep your skin glowing: you must keep a healthy diet in combination with regular maintenance facials.
Eat plenty of raw and antioxidant foods such as spinach, red peppers, cantelope, raw almonds etc.
Eat at least one serving of cold water fish, preferably salmon, every other day.
Drink plenty of water! Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to cleanse and essentially re-boot your system.
Change you pillowcase at least once per week.
Avoid toothpaste around your mouth. which may cause breakouts or flakiness.
Wash your face morning and night.
Use an eye cream and sunscreen!
Get plenty of rest and TRY to avoid sugar!
