For each bride, groom and wedding party member,
I take special care in preparation for their special day.
Here are some suggestions I give to each guest to help ensure hers and his most beautiful-glowing and healthy skin ever!

Beautiful skin begins with routine facials, a healthy-skin diet, and plenty of water!
To ensure that special glow
get facials at least every 4 - 6 weeks to keep your skin and its tone in optimum health.
Change your pillowcase at least once per week. 
Avoid toothpaste around your mouth, as it may cause breakouts or flakiness.
Get plenty of rest and try to avoid sugar!


To keep your skin vibrant
keep a healthy diet in combination with regular maintenance facials. 

Eat plenty of raw and antioxidant foods such as spinach, red peppers, cantaloupe, raw almonds etc. 

Eat at least one serving of cold water fish, preferably salmon, every other day. 

Drink plenty of water! Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to cleanse and essentially re-boot your system.
